Wing Commander

Indiana Wing is organized into twenty-six local squadrons and flights.

Our members excell at all three of Civil Air Patrol’s missions, regularly flying nearly 1,500 flight hours yearly for Cadet Orientation Rides, AFROTC flights, disaster relief, and Search and Rescue missions.

Our Cadet Program involves close to 900 cadets, and we currently host the largest cadet squadron in Civil Air Patrol: the Anderson Preparatory Academy Cadet Squadron.

Finally, each year Indiana Wing supports community outreach efforts through participation at local airshows and fly-ins around the state and the national Wreaths Across America (TM) program.

As the Commander, it is my honor to lead roughly 1,400 senior members and cadets in serving our communities and supporting our agency partners.

I hope you will join us!

Col. Aaron J. Angelini
Commander
