Did you ever wish you could fly? Then Civil Air Patrol is for you.

Often people who join C.A.P. got interested through their interest in aerospace. There are many activities that focus on aerospace offered through C.A.P. One of the most popular activities are Orientation Flights. This is where you get to fly in an airplane and talk to a pilot about the airplane one on one. The airplane most often used is a Cessna, however, there are flights offered on a regular basis in military aircraft.

As well as just flying in an airplane, you can earn your pilot's license through C.A.P.

There are also many classes to help you learn more about aerospace. Conferences are held at major Air Force bases that you may attend. Activities often include tours of the base and close up looks at aircraft.
